CUSTOM ORDERS


Our fascinators shown are only some of the many designs we do. Each is adaptable to change. It is not always easy to know which fascinator might be suitable for your choosen outfit and as such we will give advice on colour and style. If your idea is a new design we will work with you to bring your ideas to life. To assist in colour match you may send us colour swatches and photos by post or email.

CREATION & WAITING TIMES

Our pieces are handmade to order.

For hair flowers and small accessories we ask that atleast
7 working days creation time is allowed. If your order is of multiple pieces we ask that at least 14 working days are allowed for creation.
For fascinators,veils and custom orders please allow 
14-21 working days.


We work from a waiting list and process our orders in the order in which they are recieved. We do understand that you have deadlines and required for dates for your pieces, this we do take  into account and at all times aim to get your orders created and posted in time.
Should you require a piece urgently we ask that you use our contact form. We will then confirm whether it is possible or not before you place your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

An express service is available. We can create and deliver your fascinator to you within 3 working days at an express fee of £30. This service is available only within the United Kingdom.

U.K. DELIVERIES

We aim to ship your order immediately upon completion. We will  keep you informed of  any changes with shipping or delivery. We use Royal Mail First Class Delivery Service for U.K . parcels. We also use Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service and
other reputable U.K. Couriers. Preferred delivery options are available at buyers expense. Should you wish to use any other delivery service we ask that you contact us prior to placing your order. 


OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

We use Royal Air Mail for Overseas deliveries.Should you wish to have your parcel tracked we ask that you contact us for the cost to track your parcel prior to purchase.



CUSTOMS & DUTY  

All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.



REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final.
We will exchange or refund items that are damaged in the post or defective in anyway.
